Julia Martin

Julia Martin serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Independent Schools Examinations Board since January 2021, where Julia drives strategic initiatives, rebranding efforts, and partnerships within the education sector. Julia also holds leadership positions as Curriculum & Quality Committee Chair and Board Member with the South Hampshire College Group, and as an advisory board member at the Notting Hill Academy of Music. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Product at Trinity College London, Head of Communications & Marketing at Brunel University London, and Assistant Director of Student Services at the University of Southampton, among others. Julia possesses an extensive educational background, including a Doctor of Education from the University of Bristol and a PGCE from UCL, complemented by multiple degrees in English literature, art history, music, and performance.
