Ian Shipperley Cbe

Ian Shipperley CBE is an experienced professional with a robust background in naval command and consultancy. Currently, Ian serves as the Director at Barlingsea Ltd, offering consultancy and project management services since September 2018. Ian also holds positions as an Independent Member for the Salcombe Harbour Board and the Cornwall Harbours Board, contributing to marine safety and economic growth in these regions. Previously, Ian was a Non-Executive Director at the Port of Milford Haven and served as Naval Base Commander at Devonport, overseeing operations at the largest naval base in Western Europe.
