Nicole Gaines

Nicole Gaines is currently working as an Escrow Officer at South Land Title, LLC since September 2022. Prior to this, Nicole was an Escrow Assistant at Stewart Title from December 2020 to September 2022. With a background in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, Nicole also has extensive experience in program management at EXOS, where Nicole focused on operational processes, client relationships, and business planning. Nicole also interned as a Health and Fitness Specialist at USAA, where Nicole conducted fitness evaluations and provided excellent customer service.
