Jonathan Kitt

Jonathan Kitt is an experienced development professional currently serving as the Director of Development at the South Orange Performing Arts Center since April 2023, managing a portfolio generating at least $1.7 million in annual contributed revenue. Previously, as the Director of Development at Firelight Media from March 2021 to March 2023, Jonathan oversaw fundraising efforts resulting in over $5 million annually. Jonathan's extensive background includes roles at WNET New York Public Media, where responsibilities spanned individual giving, external relations, board coordination, and donor event management. Additionally, Jonathan held positions at Creative Capital, MAPP International Productions, The Public Theater, Plays & Players Theatre, and The Road Company. Jonathan holds a Master of Science in Arts Administration from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Arts from Penn State University.
