Carolyn Normand

Carolyn Normand has over 15 years of experience in the banking industry. Carolyn currently serves as the Chief Credit Officer at South Shore Bank. Prior to this role, they worked at People's United Bank as a Senior Credit Officer. Carolyn also held positions at Rockland Trust, where they served as the FVP/Commercial Credit Manager and Commercial Credit Team Leader, and at People's United Bank as a Commercial Relationship Manager. Before that, they worked as a Credit Officer at Sovereign Bank and as a Credit Analyst III at Wells Fargo Wealth Management Group. Carolyn began their career at Wells Fargo Business Direct and Wells Fargo Equity Direct in various roles, including Small Business Loan Underwriter II and Work Director. Carolyn has a strong background in credit management and relationship building within the banking industry.

Carolyn Normand obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts in 2003. Carolyn furthered their education by completing a Master of Business Ethics and Compliance program at the New England College of Business from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their degrees, Carolyn Normand obtained a certification in Women in Leadership from eCornell in January 2020.
