Richard Pascarelli

Richard Pascarelli has extensive experience in revenue cycle management and business operations, currently serving as the HCD Director of Revenue Cycle/Business Operations at South Shore Health since May 2004. Prior roles at South Shore Health include HCD Finance Manager, Manager of Medical Records, Hospice Fiscal Coordinator, and Home Health A/R. Previous professional experience includes working as a 2nd Shift Operations Supervisor at Fiserv, where Richard oversaw nightly bank deposit preparation. Richard also gained early experience in sales and operations at Pearl Street Liqours, as well as in various positions at U.S. Coast Guard, Sears, Roebuck and Co., and Mason's Texaco. Richard earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an Associate's degree in Foundations in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, along with additional studies at Massasoit Community College and Norwich University.
