Rachid Zemouri

Rachid Zemouri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consultancy and education. Since April 2011, Rachid has served as the Managing Director of ICAS Ltd, specializing in security, safety, and fire consultancy with multiple branches across the Middle East. In addition, Rachid has been a lecturer at South Tyneside College since December 2012, teaching Digital Electronics and Programmable Logic Controllers, and has contributed to the North Tyneside Council as an Independent Remuneration Panel Member since October 2012. Previous roles include lecturer positions at Gateshead College and Newcastle College, as well as technical and managerial positions in various security consultancy firms. Rachid holds a Ph.D. in Digital Signal Processing from Newcastle University and an M. Eng. in Electronics and Telecommunications from the University of Setif in Algeria.
