David Swiggs

David Swiggs currently serves as the Head of Wastewater at South West Water, overseeing the operational management of approximately 200 Wastewater Treatment Works and 400 Pumping Stations, with a focus on efficiency and sustainability. With a diverse career in wastewater management, previous roles include Regional Operations Manager and Operations Manager at South West Water, as well as General Manager at Fox-Davies Fishing Ltd and Director at Fowey Shellfish Company. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Management from the University of Plymouth and numerous qualifications in leadership and water industry operations.
