Sarah Delve

Sarah Delve is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in employee relations and human resources management. Currently serving as a People Business Partner at South West Water since September 2022, Sarah previously held the position of Employee Relations Advisor. Prior experience includes over nine years at Landmark Information Group as an HR Advisor, engaged in providing HR support within the UK’s leading land and property search information company. Sarah also contributed nearly three years at Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Trust as an HR Advisor, where responsibilities encompassed advising on complex employee relations cases and managing HR projects for approximately 1,200 employees. Earlier roles include Team Leader for Employment Services at Devon Partnership Trust and positions as a Recruitment Consultant and HR Assistant at Pertemps and West Mercia Constabulary, respectively. Sarah holds a Master’s degree in People Management and Development from the University of Plymouth and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Worcester.
