Gareth Parkin

Gareth is the director of housing services, with lead responsibility for the landlord services, maintenance, customer contact team and sustainability.

Joining the organization in 2005 within the care & supported housing directorate, Gareth has over 20 years’ experience in the health, social care and housing world, managing a number of mental health and homeless services within the public and voluntary sector.

More recently, Gareth has developed new models for tackling root causes of homelessness, such as the Housing First Rotherham project.
