Principal Human Rights at South32

Deborah Reynolds has extensive experience in the field of social policy and community development. Deborah most recently worked at South32 as a Principal Human Rights, beginning in March 2022. Prior to that, they were at BHP from November 2017 to March 2022, serving as a Principal Social Policy.

Before their time at BHP, Deborah worked at Iluka Resources as a Senior Communities Advisor from July 2010 to December 2016.
