Currently serving as a Mining Superintendent at South32, Mpoza has previously held positions including Section Manager at Implats and Development & Opening-up Production Supervisor at Sibanye-Stillwater since February 2014. Mpoza's expertise encompasses development of ore passes, rehabilitation projects, and effective team leadership, demonstrating strong skills in production supervision, health and safety compliance, and problem-solving. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Wits Business School, a BSc in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand, and various certifications in operations management and safe production supervision.
