Olivia Massey's work experience begins with their role as a Sales Assistant at Mountain Warehouse from September 2016 to August 2018. Olivia then worked as a Student Ambassador at The University of Manchester from October 2019 to March 2020. Following this, Olivia joined Westminster Opera Co. as a Social Media Coordinator from August 2020 to June 2021. Simultaneously, they worked as a Tech Support and Administration Assistant at Hopkins Van Mil: Creating Connections from September 2020 to June 2021. Olivia then took on the position of Customer Success Manager at The Work Crowd from September 2021 to June 2023, where they were responsible for maintaining relationships with freelancers and clients, project management, finding new business leads, and identifying new business opportunities. Currently, Olivia is working as a Corporate Development Officer at Southbank Centre starting in June 2023.

Olivia Massey started their education at Arts Educational Schools London from 2010 to 2015, where they completed their GCSE's. Afterward, they attended Twyford CofE High School from 2015 to 2017 for their A Levels in Music, Music Technology, English Literature, and Drama AS. Finally, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music at The University of Manchester from 2017 to 2020.
