Rebecca Widmer

Rebecca Widmer is an experienced behavioral health consultant currently working at Southcentral Foundation since April 2018, where additional roles included behavioral health case manager and intern. Prior to this, Rebecca served as the executive director at Equine Assisted Therapy Alaska from October 2013 to February 2018, overseeing organizational planning and management of therapeutic programs for individuals with disabilities. Rebecca's career also includes military service as an enlisted linguist in the United States Air Force from December 2001 to November 2013, as well as positions at the United States Postal Service, Sam's Upholstery, and The Men's Wearhouse, Inc. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Alaska Pacific University, in addition to associates in Russian Studies and Communications Technology from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center and the Community College of the Air Force, respectively.
