Craig McBrain

Craig McBrain has been working in the financial sector of the electric power industry for over 20 years. Craig began their career as an assistant equipment coordinator at Kay Electric Cooperative in 1999. Craig was promoted to accounting supervisor and project manager in 2006 and held that position until 2015 when they left to become the chief financial officer at Choctaw Electric Cooperative. Craig held that position for two years before moving to Central Electric Cooperative in 2017. Craig served as CFO there for two and a half years before returning to their current position as CFO of Southeast Colorado Power Assn in October 2019.

Craig McBrain received their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration from Cameron University.

Craig McBrain reports to Kevin Brandon, CEO. They are on a team with Mark Hall - COO, Angela Bamber - Chief Human Resources Officer.
