Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at the Southeast Michigan Community Alliance (SEMCA) oversees the planning, execution, and completion of various human services and workforce development programs in out-Wayne County and Monroe County. The team ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while coordinating with key stakeholders to enhance community outcomes.
