Charlie Pavlovsky

Charlie Pavlovsky's work experience includes various roles in human resources management. Charlie has served as the Director of Human Resources for the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston, where they collaborated with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and provided guidance on compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and HRIS. Charlie also managed self-insured benefit plans and supported the employee life cycle from recruitment to retirement. Prior to this, they were the Director of Volunteer Services at Southeast Missouri Hospital, overseeing a team of 500 volunteers and managing the hospital gift shop. Additionally, Charlie served as the Human Resources Manager at TG Missouri, where they handled various HR functions, including strategic planning, payroll, employee handbooks, hiring processes, and employee relations. Charlie also managed training programs and coordinated management training initiatives. Charlie's earlier experience includes serving as the V.P. of Human Resources and Ancillary Departments at Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital, where they provided advice on labor relations issues and reduced workers' compensation premiums. Charlie also served as the Director of Human Resources at Perry County Memorial Hospital, where they implemented new payroll and time clock software and redesigned the organization's benefits package.

Charlie Pavlovsky attended Webster University from 2007 to 2013, where they obtained a Masters degree in Human Resources. Prior to that, they attended Webster University from 1995 to 2008, earning another Masters degree in Healthcare Administration. Charlie also attended the University of Houston from 1982 to 1986, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts, majoring in Philosophy.
