Craig Worland has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Craig is currently serving as the Chief Development Officer (CDO) at Southeast Primary Care Partners, LLC, where they oversee mergers and acquisitions, integrations, population health initiatives, payor contracting, and strategic partnerships. Prior to this role, Craig held the position of Vice President, Operations and Network Integration at Tanner Health System, where they were responsible for the operational oversight and growth of the medical group and urgent care facilities. Craig also served as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Tanner Health System, where they developed and implemented programs and projects to support the organization's vision and plans. Before transitioning to the healthcare industry, Craig gained leadership experience in the US Marine Corps, where they held various positions such as Company Commander, Assistant Operations Officer, Executive Officer, and Platoon Commander. Craig also has experience in real estate and counseling, having worked as a Project Manager at Edwards Real Estate Holdings and as a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist at Summit Counseling LLC.

Craig Worland's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Georgia. Craig then pursued further education at Harvard Business School Executive Education, where they completed the MHCD program in Managing Health Care Delivery. Currently, they are enrolled at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, where they are expected to graduate in 2024 with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare.

In addition to their formal education, Craig Worland has obtained several certifications. Craig achieved Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Emory University in January 2019. In December 2017, they became a Patient-Centered Medical Home Certified Content Expert through NCQA.
