Kathleen Packard

Kathleen Packard is currently working as a Special Projects Assistant at Southeastern Vermont Community Action, Inc. Kathleen also serves as the Planning and Communications Specialist for Vermont's Windsor County CHEP grants. Additionally, Kathleen is the owner of Once Bitten Vintage, an online vintage clothing business. Kathleen also holds the position of Library Trustee for the City of Keene and has experience as a Social Media Manager, Director, Archives Assistant, Assistant Librarian, Systems & Acquisitions Librarian, and Reference Librarian at various institutions. Kathleen has a Certification in Digital Marketing & Web Design, an Open Source Web Development Certificate, a Masters in Library and Information Science, and a BA in Psychology & Cultural History.
