Dale Buser

Dale Buser is an accomplished professional engineer and hydrologist with extensive experience in water and natural resource projects. Currently serving as Principal Specialist at the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission since November 2015, Dale focuses on limnology, lake management, and stakeholder outreach among other areas. Prior roles include Water Resources Team Leader at Stantec, Hydrologist at Anderson Perry & Associates, and Principal Hydrologist at Bonestroo. Dale also founded Northern Environmental, which was later acquired by Bonestroo. Early career experiences include positions as a Hydrogeologist at Hydro-Search and an Environmental Engineer at Barr Engineering. Educational qualifications include an MS in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a BS in Hydrology from the University of Arizona, with additional coursework in Engineering Management.
