Tina Owusu

Head Of Inclusive Customer Experience at Southeastern Railway

Tina Owusu is currently the Head of Inclusive Customer Experience at Southeastern Railway since April 2022. Prior to this role, Tina worked at GTR (Govia Thameslink Railway) as the Senior Customer Service Control Manager for eight years. Tina also served as the Co-Chair of the Race Equality Network (REN) and held the positions of Customer Experience Manager and Lead Social Media Advisor at GTR. Tina has experience in mentorship at African & Caribbean Diversity and leadership roles at Thames Water and Financial Times. Tina holds an MSc in Banking and Finance from Kingston University, and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Essex. Tina attended Graveney Sixth Form and Graveney Secondary School for their earlier education.
