Stephanie Leigh Kirschmann has extensive work experience in various roles within the education field. Stephanie Leigh is currently working as a Certified Life Coach at Stephanie Leigh Coaching, LLC. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President at the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC).

Before joining LeTourneau University, Stephanie worked at Richmont Graduate University as the Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Registrar. Additionally, they gained experience at Southern Adventist University as the Transcript Manager, Affiliations Coordinator, and Registration Coordinator in the Registrar's Office.

Throughout their career, Stephanie has been involved in various strategic planning and accreditation initiatives, and has extensive experience in academic policy, compliance, and quality assurance.

Stephanie Leigh Kirschmann pursued their education, specializing in various fields of study. Stephanie Leigh began their academic journey in 1998 at Southern Adventist University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies in 2000. Following this, they furthered their education at the same institution, completing a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy between 2000 and 2003. Stephanie then moved on to Vanderbilt University, where they pursued a Doctorate of Education in Higher Education Leadership & Policy from 2008 to 2011. Adding to their qualifications, Stephanie obtained certification as a Life Coach from The Life Coach School in October 2021.
