Dan Ellis

Dan Ellis is currently the Chief Financial Officer and EVP at Southern Bank and Trust Company. Prior to this, they were the CFO at American Community Bank from January 1998 to December 2009. Dan also served as the Senior Vice President/CFO at Farmers Bank from January 2011 to December 2011. Dan began their career in 1977 as the Controller at Heritage Federal Savings & Loan, where they worked until 1989. Dan has over 40 years of experience in the financial industry and has held various positions during their career. Dan is a highly respected financial leader and has helped numerous companies grow and succeed.
