Phil Todd currently serves as the Spiritual Formations Ministries Team Leader for the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention, a role that began in December 2021, where responsibilities include focusing on discipleship, small groups, and Sunday School across over 2700 churches. Prior to this position, Phil Todd was the Executive Pastor at PaulAnn Baptist Church from March 2003 to December 2021 and served as the Student & Small Groups Pastor at Celebration Baptist Church from September 2000 to March 2003. Phil Todd holds a Master of Arts in Discipleship from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, completed in December 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Angelo State University, earned in 1993.
