Rachel Daly, MBA, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner (Manager) at Southern Company Gas since April 2015, where strategic counsel is provided to over 150 Operational Services leaders and 600 employees across seven states. Prior roles include Labor Relations Manager at Viking Pump, overseeing employee and labor relations, and various positions at Brownells, Inc., including Human Resources Manager, Staffing Manager, and Corporate Recruiter, focusing on recruitment and compliance with employment regulations. Rachel holds an MBA from the University of Iowa and a BA in Psychology, Sociology, and Business from Coe College.
