Holly Young

Holly Young has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over 20 years. Holly most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Southern Dental Alliance, where they were responsible for strategic efforts in human resources, including doctor recruitment and credentialing. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at One Degree Impact, providing executive coaching and leadership development services. Holly also held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Dynamic Dental Partners Group, where they managed change management and provided expertise in improvements and implementation for 500 dental professionals. Other notable positions include Regional Director of Human Resources at Bright House Networks, Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Honeywell Aerospace, Global Director of Human Resources at Medical Educational Technology Inc, Regional Human Resources Manager at AAR Precision System, and Human Resources Development/Business Partner at Our Glass. Holly Young attended Western Kentucky University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued higher education at the University of Phoenix from 2002 to 2005, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business.
