Ericka N. Harley, PMP, is an experienced project and program manager with a robust background in leading complex projects across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, Ericka specializes in SAP support packs. Previous roles include Sr. Program Manager at Thrive Pet Healthcare and multiple positions at ADT, including the management of a key new hardware development project in partnership with Google. Ericka also held significant roles at Carrier Corporation, ENH Professional Consulting, AutoNation, Motorola Solutions, and Computer Science Corporation, showcasing expertise in strategic alignment, team collaboration, and process improvement.
