Mandara Savage

Mandara Savage currently serves as the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Professional and Continuing Education at The California State University, providing leadership and strategic direction for system-level educational programs. Previously, Mandara was the CEO of Savage Associates, supporting higher education institutions in achieving their strategic goals. At Virginia Commonwealth University, Mandara held the role of Executive Director for VCU Online and Continuing and Professional Education, where responsibilities included enhancing online learning infrastructures and promoting teaching excellence. Mandara's extensive experience in academia also includes positions at Southern Illinois University, where roles encompassed Executive Director of Extended Campus, Associate Professor, and Department Chair. Mandara holds a PhD in Industrial Technology from Iowa State University, a Master's in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from The University of Memphis, and a Bachelor's in Industrial Technology from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
