Joanna Shikhvarg

Joanna Shikhvarg currently serves as the Director of Multifamily Operations for the Philadelphia Region at Southern Land Company, starting in April 2024, after a brief tenure as Lease-Up Manager in the Apartment Living Division at Toll Brothers from September 2023 to March 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Property Manager for Toll Brothers' Parc Plymouth Meeting from July 2014 to November 2021, and as a Leasing Consultant at Dewey Commercial's Station Square Apartments in 2014. Joanna's earlier career features roles such as Account Coordinator at Therapy Source, Inc. and Client Service Manager at Ark By Korman, along with a foundational experience as a Mental Health Therapist during an internship at WVU BSW. Joanna earned a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from West Virginia University between 2006 and 2011.
