Jeff Andrews

Jeff Andrews supports SMIF’s Early Childhood programming by facilitating community solutions to the child care shortage, leading quality training for early educators, providing technical assistance to childcare providers and communities, and facilitating SMIF’s early childhood networking groups. Jeff has over 25 years of business experience and is known for bringing a strategic approach to business and sales challenges. In addition to his work with SMIF, he serves on the leadership team at WomenVenture in Minneapolis as the Director of Program Innovation where he focuses on the development of training and support services for the early childhood education space. His previous work at Bright Horizons and First Children’s Finance focused on driving profitability and sustainability for early childhood organizations in Minnesota and around the United States.
