Ryan Allen

Ryan Allen is an experienced operations leader in the dental industry, currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Southern Orthodontic Partners since October 2024. Previously, Ryan held the position of Regional Director for Texas Operations at Oak Dental Partners from January 2023 to September 2024. Ryan's extensive background includes roles such as National Operations Director at Dent-Well: Onsite Dental Solutions from July 2016 to July 2022, and Director of Operations at both Dentiq Comprehensive Dental Center and WHARTON DENTAL. Additionally, Ryan was the owner of PERK Properties for four years. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, earned between 2000 and 2004.
