Ross Falloon

Ross Falloon is currently the Earthquake Claims Team Leader at the Earthquake Commission (EQC), overseeing a Christchurch-based team managing over cap house claims under the Crown's On Sold programme since March 2021. With extensive experience in leadership and business development, Ross has served as Director/Driver at Corporate Plus Limited since July 2015, and as a consultant at Seequent for a brief period in 2020, where oversight of strategic projects was provided. Previously, Ross held positions such as Regional Manager Southern at AMP Services (NZ) Ltd, where accountability for operational and business results in the South Island was maintained, and various leadership roles at AXA New Zealand, including Head of QAN and AXA Academy. Early in Ross's career, roles included Technical Adviser and Senior Trust Officer at AMP and Police Detective in the NZ Police. Ross's education includes attendance at Mairehau High School from 1974 to 1978.
