Kaitlin Steffen

Kaitlin Steffen is an accomplished Design Manager at Southern Tide, where responsibilities include leading a creative team and overseeing the design and development of seasonal lines for men's, women's, and youth departments. With a strong emphasis on maintaining robust relationships with factories and mills, Kaitlin facilitates effective communication and problem-solving. In previous roles at Southern Tide, Kaitlin advanced from Associate Men's Apparel Designer to Designer, managing an expanded scope of categories, and began a career at Storm Creek Apparel as a Technical Designer, collaborating on diverse apparel lines. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Textiles and Apparel from the University of Northern Iowa.
