Chad Eldred

Chad Eldred has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Chad began their career in 2004 as an Assistant Supervisor at Catholic Charities of Broome County, where they supervised shift operations at a residential group home for youth with developmental disabilities. Chad provided support to residents in various aspects of their lives and also led and coached staff.

In 2008, Chad joined Southern Tier Independence Center as a Medicaid Service Coordinator. In this role, they administered case management for clients receiving services through the NYS Office for Persons with Developmental Disabilities. Chad actively advocated for clients and collaborated with their schools to ensure their educational needs were met.

In 2013, Chad was promoted to the position of Director of Health Enrollment Programs at Southern Tier Independence Center. Chad directed two grant programs and the overall operations of the Independent Living Center, which supports individuals with disabilities in leading independent lives. Chad led a direct team and subcontractors while designing and implementing processes for enrollment support programs.

In 2018, Chad took on the role of Regional Hub Manager in conjunction with Prime Care Coordination. Chad served as an operations and training consultant, providing direction and oversight for all administrative and operational functions required to support Prime Care. Chad also managed contracted services and logistics for the Regional Hub.

Chad's work experience demonstrates their expertise in disability services, case management, program direction, and staff leadership.

Chad Eldred completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Systems Science with a concentration in Health Systems at Binghamton University from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Chad also obtained certifications in Social Media Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in February 2022 and Agile Foundations from LinkedIn in November 2020. Chad also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from Binghamton University, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
