Emma Loader

Emma Loader has extensive experience in health and safety management, currently serving as the Health and Safety Systems and Audit Manager at Southern Water since November 2010. In this role, Emma oversees compliance in health, safety, security, and wellbeing across multiple regions and leads the health and safety training initiatives for staff. Previously, Emma held several positions within Southern Water, including Health & Safety Advisor for the Customer Engagement Directorate and Universal Metering Programme, and Corporate Health, Safety, Security and Wellbeing Assurance Manager. Emma's career began in 2005 as an Asset Data & Reporting Technician and Secretary. Emma is an alumna of Lewes Priory School.
