David Barlow

David Barlow has extensive work experience in the construction industry. David is currently employed as a Senior Construction Project Manager at Southland Holdings since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Drewery Construction Co., Inc. as a Project Manager from October 2019 to May 2022. David also held various roles at Oldcastle Materials, including Construction Operations Manager from May 2014 to August 2019, and Estimator-Project Manager from November 2006 to April 2014. Before that, they worked as an Estimator-Project Manager at Sierra Nevada Construction from 2004 to 2005. Earlier in their career, they held multiple positions at Granite Construction, including Field Engineer, Superintendent, Estimator, and Project Manager from 1993 to 2004. David also worked as a Superintendent at James W. Fowler Co. from 1999 to 2001.

David Barlow attended Oregon State University from 1991 to 1993. During this time, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering Management. Additionally, they also obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in the same field of study.
