Dean Goodwin

Dean Goodwin is an experienced sales and leadership professional with a diverse background in real estate and organizational development. Current role as Sales Manager at Southland Log Homes began in June 2023, following a tenure as New Home Sales Associate at Richmond American Homes. Dean's real estate experience is complemented by a strong foundation in leadership consulting, having founded Rubicon Group, LLC, and served as Executive Director of Rubicon Leadership Institute. Dean's past roles also include leadership positions at Northern Virginia Criminal Justice Academy and Virginia Center of Police Innovation, where responsibilities involved professional development and program management. An educational background includes a Master's Degree in Adult Education and Human Resource Development from Virginia Tech, an Executive Master’s in Leadership from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from George Mason University.
