Lauren Kyte

Lauren Kyte (Gresh), EIT, currently serves as a Design Engineer at Southland Industries since May 2023. Previously, Lauren held positions at ME Engineers as both Project Manager and Project Engineer from February 2020 to May 2023. Earlier experience includes working as a Mechanical Engineer at Shaffer • Baucom Engineering & Consulting from March 2019 to February 2020 and as a Project Engineer at Southland Industries from September 2017 to March 2019. Other roles include Design Engineer at TCM Corp. and intern positions at Southland Industries and McKinstry. Lauren also served as Vice Chairman for the Colorado Federation of College Republicans, contributing to chapter development and volunteer opportunities. Lauren earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and graduated from Castle View High School in 2011.
