Katharine Harris

Katharine Harris currently serves as the Head of Operations at Southmead Hospital Charity since January 2024. Prior to this role, Katharine held multiple positions at DWCC from January 2017 to December 2023, including Head of Learning and Development and roles in Regional Success Management and Customer Success Management. Experience also includes Business Development at Revegy, Inc., focusing on revenue growth and strategic sales execution from March 2017 to October 2019. Earlier roles include Programme Coordinator at Fundación Telefónica, specializing in projects aimed at eradicating child labor, and International Sales Executive at Special Quality Alloys, where expert communication and project management were key. Katharine began a career in international and communications assistance with Latin Link Britain & Ireland in 2010. Educational qualifications encompass a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning & Development and a Master's in Latin American Studies with Translation Studies from The University of Sheffield.
