Independent Design Consultant at Southpaw Enterprises

Heather Majtyka is an experienced Occupational Therapist and Independent Design Consultant with a strong background in providing individualized therapy for children with Autism and other disabilities. Currently serving as an Independent Design Consultant at Southpaw Enterprises since September 2022, Heather specializes in intervention space planning and design, representing the company as a leading provider of Sensory Integration and Multisensory Environment Solutions. Prior to this role, Heather was the Director of Integrated Therapies at Helping Hands Family, focusing on holistic and collaborative care. As the founder and president of Foundations for Growing LLC, Heather led a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based programming. Additionally, Heather has experience as an Academic Fieldwork Coordinator at Harcum College and previously worked as an Occupational Therapist at Christiana Care Healthcare System. Heather holds a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Temple University and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Penn State University.
