Yui Shimamoto

Yui Shimamoto is an experienced project officer at Southport Sharks since August 2021 and simultaneously serves as a team supervisor at BAR 11 SOUTHPORT. Previous roles include a team assistant within the F+B department at Mantra Sun City and a marketing team assistant intern at SearchParty. Yui also has experience in various hospitality positions, such as bar staff supervisor at NightQuarter and assistant chef at Bistro Du Le Pin. Educationally, Yui holds a Master of Management CEMS Program from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Business in International Business from Griffith University, alongside an International Baccalaureate from Overseas Family School.
