Sylvia Rincon

Sylvia Rincon has extensive work experience in the field of communications and marketing. Sylvia began their career in 2003 as a News Reporter for Sinclair Broadcast Group, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they joined Southside ISD, initially as the Director of Communications and later taking on the role of Director of Communications and Marketing.

Sylvia Rincon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies, which they obtained from the University of the Incarnate Word between 1992 and 1997. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Political Science and Government at Harvard Extension School, where they are expected to complete their studies in 2023.
