Erika Douglas

Erika Douglas is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in marketing operations and communications. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations, Retail Partnerships and Channel Development at SouthStar Energy Services since August 2004, Erika oversees the execution of marketing acquisition and retention programs, along with corporate affinity initiatives. Prior to this role, Erika held various positions at Prudential Financial from February 1994 to July 2004, culminating in the role of AVP, Marketing Communications, where responsibilities included managing marketing communications for financial services products. Erika earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of West Georgia between 1988 and 1993.
