Courtney Spiers

Courtney Spiers has over 18 years of experience in the banking industry. Courtney started their career at Synovus, where they worked as a Regional Credit Manager from 2002 to 2013. Courtney then joined Freedom Bank as a Senior Credit Analyst from 2013 to 2014. After that, they worked at BBVA Compass as a Vice President and Commercial Relationship Associate from 2014 to 2017. Currently, Courtney is employed at SouthState Bank, where they have held various roles including Vice President Commercial Credit Underwriter, Vice President Commercial Loan Underwriter and Team Leader, and is currently serving as a Senior Vice President and Senior Business Lending Credit Administrator since May 2021.

Courtney Spiers obtained their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in History from St. Petersburg College from 1999 to 2000. Courtney then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from the University of South Florida from 2000 to 2003.
