Alicia Garcia

Alicia Garcia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior HR Strategy & Planning Consultant and Total Rewards Consultant at Southwest Airlines since July 2023, Alicia has standardized reporting processes and developed governance frameworks to enhance project visibility. Prior to this role, Alicia held the position of Vice President Operations at MyAMC from October 2021 to February 2023, where initiatives were spearheaded to optimize workflow efficiencies and strengthen customer engagement. Previous experience includes managerial roles at Supreme Lending, AOBI, CG EventSolutions, JPMorgan Chase, and Abi Ferrin.
