Carolyn Hart

Carolyn Hart is a seasoned educator with a diverse background in administrative and teaching roles. Currently serving as an LED Facilitator at Southwest Airlines since October 2023, Carolyn previously held the position of Assistant Principal at Coppell Middle School East from January 2023 to October 2023. Prior to that, Carolyn was a Third Grade Teacher at Lewisville ISD and an Inclusion Teacher at Coppell ISD. With extensive experience as Principal and Assistant Principal at EXPLORATIONS PREPARATORY SCHOOL from 2011 to 2021, Carolyn focused on professional development, curriculum alignment, and daily school operations. Earlier experience includes teaching in the Kyrene School District and serving as a Docket Clerk at Quarles & Brady LLP. Carolyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Justice Studies from Arizona State University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas at Tyler.
