Dean Cheevers

Dean Cheevers is currently employed as a First Officer at Republic Airways since June 2022. Prior to this role, Dean served as a Part 141 Check Instructor at Middle Tennessee State University from December 2020 to June 2022, where responsibilities included administering various stage checks and ensuring compliance with safety standards and federal regulations. Additionally, Dean worked as a Part 141 Instructor, focusing on teaching Federal Aviation Regulations, Aviation Weather, Crew Resource Management, Aeronautical Decision Making, and safe Airmanship practices for Private, Instrument, and Commercial students. Dean Cheevers holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Pilot from Middle Tennessee State University, graduating in May 2021.
