Mary Heather Cox

Mary Heather Cox is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management, business analysis, and administrative roles within the aviation industry. Currently serving as an Atlassian Tools Admin and Scrum Master at Southwest Airlines since April 2012, Mary Heather has focused on enabling business customers to enhance decision-making through effective use of Business Intelligence tools, particularly in Master Data Management. Previous roles at Southwest Airlines include Senior Business Analyst and Programmer/Analyst III, along with a position at Hewlett-Packard as a Subject Matter Expert. Additionally, Mary Heather has been involved with the National Association of Women's Gymnastics Judges as a Gymnastics Judge since June 2016. Mary Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Arlington.
