Payal Moitra, MBA, currently serves as an Implementation Lead for Lean Portfolio Management at Southwest Airlines, specializing in Agile Transformation and managing portfolio investments related to Air and Ground operations since March 2018. Prior to this role, Payal held various positions, including Product Owner and Sr. Scrum Master for SAP HR Payroll/EDW at Southwest Airlines, and Product Owner at Walmart and McDermott International, Ltd., both through Infosys Ltd. Early career experience includes serving as an Offshore Delivery Leader for SAP HCM at NAB and working as an HRIS Analyst and Oracle Database Administrator at Tata Consultancy Services. Payal Moitra earned an MBA in HR and Marketing from SDM Institute for Management Development and holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics and Telecomm from Nagpur University. High school education was completed at Ashok Hall Girls' Higher Secondary School with a focus in Science.
