Sally McCrea

Sally McCrea is an experienced aviation professional with a robust background in ramp operations and customer service management. Currently serving as the Manager of Ramp Operations at Southwest Airlines since July 2022, Sally previously held the position of General Manager at Envoy Air from February 2019 to July 2022. Sally's extensive career at Alaska Airlines spanned from October 1996 to January 2019, during which roles included Operations Manager, General Manager, Customer Service Supervisor, and lead agent as a Customer Service Agent. Additionally, Sally started the career at Horizon Air as a Customer Service Agent from March 1995 to October 1996.
